Chasa 32 is a traditional Engadine house with modern comfort.
 The farmhouse, built in the 17th century, was extensively and painstakingly restored and renovated in 2017. Centuries-old characteristics were preserved, and the infrastructure was modernised to achieve today's comfort.
The house is heated by underfloor heating. Climbing stairs is required.

The village has several restaurants and a small, well-stocked supermarket (open every day except Sunday).

"In Guarda, the houses weren't built; they grew." The village of Guarda is one of the best-preserved Engadine villages and an architectural treasure chest. It consists almost exclusively of centuries-old typical Engadine houses with numerous sgraffiti.

Guarda is the cradle and centre of the Swiss Baroque Festivals, an enchanting combination of exquisite baroque music and the finest wines in picturesque locations in front of the beautiful Guarda landscape.

Guarda is the home of Schellenursli, the main character in one of Switzerland's most famous picture books. On the Schellenursli-themed trail with various adventure stations, the young and the young at heart can follow in the footsteps of Chalandamarz.

The region offers almost endless hiking opportunities all year round, each route more beautiful than the other for all ages and terrains.

Fireplaces in beautiful places invite you to grill, linger and play.

The legendary Swiss National Park can be reached in 20 minutes from here.

There are unique bike/bike routes in all difficulty levels - everything near 0-30 KM!

Bogn Engiadina in Scuol, the health and wellness bath with various pools, a spacious sauna area, and the Roman-Irish bath, is a great leisure option for the young and the wise. Swimwear can also be rented on-site.

WINTER: Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, Nordic skating, sledging/tobogganing, and snowshoeing are all right around the corner. There are 1.200 km of ski slopes, groomed daily and never overcrowded, in Ftan, Scuol, Samnaun, Ischgl, Davos, Klosters, and Upper Engadin with Corviglia, Corvatsch, Lagalp, and Diavolezza.

The climate in the Engadine is mild and subalpine, with little dust, dry air, low cloud cover, and lots of sunshine.

Dear 4-paws, You still have peace from ticks and autumn grass mites here. You will find clean water points for refreshing and swimming everywhere. And with a bit of consideration for people and animals, you can enjoy freedom here like hardly anywhere else. No salt is spread in the village in winter, and New Year's Eve only rings the bells here.
